Collaboration

Property collaboration means wherein any individual who owns a piece of residential plot and wants to re-develop his/her property and looking for reputed builders to execute the same. Owners are not fully equipped to execute and complete the work of development and construction of the said property and are keen of developing the said property. Hence they have approach the Builder for developing the said property as per the plans that may be sanctioned by the MCD and other concerned authorities and to put a building thereon at the cost and expenses of the Builder.

And whereas the Owners and the Builder mutually agree to utilize the said property for building Basement, Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor, Third Floor and above, after the demolition of the present, old building. Thus, the Builder enter into property collaboration in South delhi Agreement to Sell, Sale Deed, etc and can accept part/full payment by cash, cheques, drafts, etc. in their own name from all such transfers It is hereby specifically mentioned and agreed that the builder shall only hand over the possession of any part or portion built or un built in the area allocated to him simultaneously with the handing over of possession to the owner of his share.
